    It is highly recommend to compare the desired length of the necklace with necklaces you already have at home. In case of any doubts, please use a ruler for precision. Also, kindly take into consideration whether your neck size is average or not. We base our designs using an average 16” base neck size.

    Cuffs:

    To ensure accuracy, we recommend taking a snug measurement of your wrist. Simply wrap a measuring tape around your wrist at the smallest point, where your wrist bone is. Make sure the tape is snug, but not too tight. Take note of the measurement, and we will take care of the rest. If you find that your wrist measurement falls in between two sizes, we recommend rounding up to the next size for a comfortable fit. By following these guidelines, you can be assured that your bracelet will fit perfectly and be comfortable to wear.

To ensure that your gift fits just right, we recommend getting the recipient's wrist size measurement. However, we understand that it may not always be possible to get their measurement. In that case, we suggest choosing the correct size based on the recipient's approximate weight: XS (90-120 lbs), Small (121-140 lbs), Medium (141-160 lbs), Large (161-190 lbs) and XL (191-230 lbs). Cuffs are slightly adjustable, which allows for further customization of fit. It can be tightened by gently closing the shells or pearls together, or loosened by gently pulling them away from each other. By following these guidelines, you can rest assured that your gift will fit comfortably and be a cherished piece for years to come.

  • All orders are crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail, which is why they take 1-2 weeks to create. However, if you require an item to ship out urgently, please don't hesitate to message us. We'll do our best to check if we have the item in stock or create and process your order as soon as humanly possible. For your convenience, if an item is in stock + ready to ship, it will be shipped out within 48 hours of your purchase (excluding holidays and weekends).

    Returns:

    We accept returns for any non-custom items within 14 days of purchase.

    All items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

    We do not accept returns on custom orders, as these are specially made to your specifications.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

    Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

    Exchanges:

    We accept exchanges for any non-custom items within 14 days of purchase.

    All items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

    We do not accept exchanges on custom orders, as these are specially made to your specifications.

    Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable, and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

    If the new item is of higher value, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference. If the new item is of lower value, we will issue a refund for the difference to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

    Custom Orders:

    Custom orders are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    We require a 50% deposit before starting work on a custom order, with the balance due upon completion.

    We will work closely with you to ensure that your custom order meets your expectations, and we will provide photos of the finished product before shipping. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your custom order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it so that we can work to resolve the issue.
